Ingredients
2 ounces Rum (Light)
½ ounce Lime Juice
½ ounce Cointreau
1 teaspoon Sugar (Powdered)
1 Eggs (White)
1 Mint (Sprig)
Glass Type Category
Old-Fashioned

Directions
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, comine the rum, Cointreau, lime juice, sugar, and egg white. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the mint sprig.
